Square Footage Requirements
One-story homes must have a minimum of 1,600 habitable square feet, exclusive of the garage.
One and 1/2 story homes must have a minimum of 1,700 habitable square feet, with 850 square feet on the first floor, exclusive of the garage.
Two story homes must have a minimum of 1,900 habitable square feet, with 900 square feet on the first floor, exclusive of the garage.
Maintenance
Common areas are maintained by the neighborhood developer and/or neighborhood association, once it is formed.
Lots are maintained by the owner, and it is required that the owner keep the grass maintained and yard free of debris.
